His Power is Made Perfect in Weakness. Daily Devotionals in "Christ Transforms Me." Day 60 of 90

In today's episode, we will dive into the devotional for day 60 of my journal Christ Transforms Me. This is a 90-day journal filled with daily devotionals, scripture, prayer, and gratitude. I first published this journal in January of 2022 when God had put it on my heart to create this journal. Throughout a year of praying, reflecting, and letting God and the Holy Spirit give me all the words, scriptures, and everything for this journal, I published it in January 2022. So each day for the next 30 days, I will post an episode on here going over this journal.

Day 60 Scripture:

"But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me." -2 Corinthians 12:9

Day 60 Devotional:

"This is what the Lord said to Paul when he pleaded with the Lord three times to take away the thorn in his flesh. Paul was being tormented by a messenger of satan and he wanted so badly for it to stop. I know there have been many times where I've been weak and tormented by my thoughts. In those weak moments in my life, I was able to find strength through Christ. His grace is more than enough for us and when we are weak and helpless is when we can really appreciate the strength that the Lord gives us. The Lord will give us the strength that we need to grow through whatever hardship we are facing. We just have to be patient, stand firm in our faith, and persevere through it."

So if you want to grab one of these journals and go along with me each day with the journal physically in your hands, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you can just pull up the notes on your phone, or you can get a notebook, loose-leaf paper, or a binder, however you want to do it. I want you to just take a few minutes and write down things that you are thankful for and then also write down some prayer requests.

Today’s Prayer:

"Lord thank You for giving me strength when I need it the most. Thank You for never leaving me and for Your grace. I know that with You by my side, I can endure all things. I love You with my whole heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Today's journal entry is a free write:

Write down whatever comes to your mind.

"That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in my weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." -2 Corinthians 12:10
