Productivity! 3 Tips to Help you Structure Your Day and TRIPLE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY.


I’VE ALWAYS ENVIED STRUCTURED AND PRODUCTIVE PEOPLE!!


Throughout my life I’ve been a super unstructured and unproductive person that really wanted to be more structured and productive, but couldn’t ever get my life together.


Hot mess express over here!


When I first started being an online entrepreneur, this trait of mine became super difficult for me to deal with.


I would spend hours and hours on things that I thought would help me be more productive in my business, but they actually turned out doing the opposite.


So, with me being the very analytical person that I am, I started researching ways to structure my day and increase my productivity.


I came across tons of different tips, but there were 3 that I started implementing that actually helped me DOUBLE AND EVEN TRIPLE MY PRODUCTIVITY.



1. Plan your day the night before


- Put your planner in your bed and write down everything you need to do the next day, about 5-10 minutes before bed.


- If you have specific times that you have to do something (set appointments, time blocks for batching, etc) write down the times beside the task.


2. Set Priorities


- Once you plan out your day, then put a star (*) beside the things that are the most important


- If you could only complete one or two things that day and nothing else, what are the things that you HAVE to complete that day? Those are the things that you want to be a * by.


3. Begin immediately


- Once you wake up the next day and you are ready to start checking things off your list, begin the tasks with a * beside them first.


- Go one by one with these tasks and don't go to the next one until the first one is complete


- Multitasking will only prolong your tasks or distract you from completing them at all.
