When Should We Ask God for Guidance? Daily Devotionals in "Christ Transforms Me." Day 17 of 90.

In today's episode, we will dive into the devotional for day 17 of my journal Christ Transforms Me. This is a 90-day journal filled with daily devotionals, scripture, prayer, and gratitude. I first published this journal in January of 2022 when God had put it on my heart to create this journal. Throughout a year of praying, reflecting, and letting God and the Holy Spirit give me all the words, scriptures, and everything for this journal, I published it in January 2022. So each day for the next 73 days, I will post an episode on here going over this journal.

Day 17 Scripture:

"Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long."

-Psalm 25:4-5

Day 17 Devotional:

"These verses are so powerful and it's important to ask God for guidance every single day. In order to stay faithful to the calling that God has placed on our hearts and remain obedient to Him, we have to seek guidance, wisdom, and truth from Him. The Lord our God is our only hope and we are nothing without Him. It is impossible for us to fulfill the calling that the Lord has placed on our hearts without His guidance every step of the way. Today let's use these verses as our prayer and truly seek guidance from the Lord God our Savior."

So, these verses are actually something that I use all the time. When I'm journaling, doing the free writes, and throughout the day I will say these verses. These verses have really helped me with letting the Holy Spirit guide me and really just leaning on God every step of the way

I do have this journal available for purchase on Amazon if you want to go and grab one:

To Purchase women's journal click here To Purchase neutral journal click here

So if you want to grab one of these journals and go along with me each day with the journal physically in your hands, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you can just pull up the notes on your phone, or you can get a notebook, loose-leaf paper, or a binder, however you want to do it. I want you to just take a few minutes and write down things that you are thankful for and then also write down some prayer requests.

Today’s Prayer:

"Lord guide me through every aspect of my life. Please open up my eyes and ears to see and hear the truth that You are speaking over my life. Show me Your ways Lord, teach me and guide me every step of the way. I love You with my whole heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Today's journal entry:

Take some time to use Psalm 25:4-5 as your prayer. Journal your thoughts and the truths that God is showing you.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."

-Psalm 119:105

So that is it for today's episode. I will be back tomorrow for day eighteen, so make sure you stay tuned for that.

I love you guys so much.

Never forget to choose faith over fear.
