Who Are You Serving? Daily Devotionals in "Christ Transforms Me." Day 33 of 90.

In today's episode, we will dive into the devotional for day 33 of my journal Christ Transforms Me. This is a 90-day journal filled with daily devotionals, scripture, prayer, and gratitude. I first published this journal in January of 2022 when God had put it on my heart to create this journal. Throughout a year of praying, reflecting, and letting God and the Holy Spirit give me all the words, scriptures, and everything for this journal, I published it in January 2022. So each day for the next 57 days, I will post an episode on here going over this journal.

Day 33 Scripture:

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

-Colossians 3:23-24

Day 33 Devotional:

"So in all that we do, we should be working at it with all of our hearts and doing it to serve the Lord. We cannot be consumed with worthless worldly things. We have to open up our whole hearts to the Lord and give Him our all. We can't look at the work we do for others as serving others, but rather as serving the Lord. The Lord will always be good on His promises to us, but it is our duty to obey Him, follow Him, worship Him, and serve Him with all of our hearts."

So if you want to grab one of these journals and go along with me each day with the journal physically in your hands, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you can just pull up the notes on your phone, or you can get a notebook, loose-leaf paper, or a binder, however you want to do it. I want you to just take a few minutes and write down things that you are thankful for and then also write down some prayer requests.

Today’s Prayer:

"Lord, please open up my heart, my eyes, my ears, and my mind to You. In all that I do, I seek to serve You and be fully committed to Your will. Thank You for always keeping Your promises to me and for never leaving my side. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Today's journal entry is a free write:

Write down whatever comes to your mind.

"I have sought your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your promise." -Psalm 119:58
