Why is it Important to Spread the Gospel to Others? Daily Devotionals in "Christ Transforms Me." Day 80 of 90

In today's episode, we will dive into the devotional for day 80 of my journal Christ Transforms Me. This is a 90-day journal filled with daily devotionals, scripture, prayer, and gratitude. I first published this journal in January of 2022 when God had put it on my heart to create this journal. Throughout a year of praying, reflecting, and letting God and the Holy Spirit give me all the words, scriptures, and everything for this journal, I published it in January 2022. So each day for the next 10 days, I will post an episode on here going over this journal.

Day 80 Scripture:

That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. -Romans 10:9

Day 80 Devotional:

"As Christians, we believe that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead. Once we are saved then it is our duty to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to others and let them know how He has changed our hearts and our lives. There are so many people in this world that need Jesus and so many people that don't even know the truth about Him. We have to ask God for discernment and guidance, and then go and tell the truth to others. It is so important to let others know about the gospel so that they may be saved and have eternal life in heaven also."

So if you want to grab one of these journals and go along with me each day with the journal physically in your hands, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you can just pull up the notes on your phone, or you can get a notebook, loose-leaf paper, or a binder, however you want to do it. I want you to just take a few minutes and write down things that you are thankful for and then also write down some prayer requests.

Today’s Prayer:

"Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your Son to die on the cross for my sins. Jesus, thank You for saving me and giving me eternal life. Holy Spirit, thank You for guiding me and showing me the truth. Please give me the courage to always spread the gospel of Christ to others no matter what. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Why is it so important to spread the gospel to others?

"For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." -Romans 10:10
