Would You Suffer for the Name of Jesus? Daily Devotionals in "Christ Transforms Me." Day 75 of 90

In today's episode, we will dive into the devotional for day 75 of my journal Christ Transforms Me. This is a 90-day journal filled with daily devotionals, scripture, prayer, and gratitude. I first published this journal in January of 2022 when God had put it on my heart to create this journal. Throughout a year of praying, reflecting, and letting God and the Holy Spirit give me all the words, scriptures, and everything for this journal, I published it in January 2022. So each day for the next 15 days, I will post an episode on here going over this journal.

Day 75 Scripture:

But the Lord said to Ananias, "Go! This man is my chosen instrument to carry my name before the Gentiles and their kings and before the people of Israel. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name." Acts 9:15-16

Day 75 Devotional:

"This is what the Lord said to Ananias about Saul, which later became Paul. The Lord took Saul, who was imprisoning Christians and sending them to their death, and He changed his heart and chose him to carry His name. Jesus suffered so much for us and as disciples of Christ, we must also suffer for His name. Throughout the book of Acts, we see how Paul and other apostles and believers of Jesus Christ suffered in the name of Jesus. Just like we see in Acts chapter 5 verse 41, the apostles rejoiced because they were considered worthy to suffer disgrace for the name of Jesus. In this world, we will face hardships and sufferings, but we have to stand firm in our faith, let the Holy Spirit guide us, and know that our true home is in heaven with Jesus and God the Father."

I do have this journal available for purchase on Amazon if you want to go and grab one:

To Purchase women's journal click here To Purchase neutral journal click here

So if you want to grab one of these journals and go along with me each day with the journal physically in your hands, then go ahead and do that. Otherwise, you can just pull up the notes on your phone, or you can get a notebook, loose-leaf paper, or a binder, however you want to do it. I want you to just take a few minutes and write down things that you are thankful for and then also write down some prayer requests.

Today’s Prayer:

"Lord thank You for suffering for me. I will rejoice in being counted worthy to suffer in the name of Jesus. Lord, please continue to guide me and give me the strength to stand firm in my faith no matter the circumstances. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Today's journal question:

Would I suffer/have I suffered in the name of Jesus?

Take some time to journal and reflect

"At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God." -Acts 9:20

So that is it for today's episode. I will be back tomorrow for day 76, so make sure you stay tuned for that.

I love you guys so much.
